Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

 

If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, you can just simply email info@jacobmarket.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order.  Keep in mind that there is a five day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items. We do not refund orders that are past this time. 

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed. Please keep in mind that after we send our product we no longer have any contact with it, and you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information. 

Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered and you do not have possession of it, you will need to reach out to the courier directly for further information. 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website.
